Who is responsible

VENT NEUF LTD, trading as Alambic Studio, is the controller for personal information used to operate this website, respond to enquiries and measure its audience. Our registered office is Athinas 62, Athina Court, Office 103, 8010 Paphos, Cyprus. Contact us at hello@alambic.studio.

Information you choose to share

If you submit the Get Started enquiry, email us, contact us through WhatsApp or book a call, we use the information you provide to respond and discuss your project. The enquiry includes your name, email, company or project name, optional website and note, selected goals and monthly or yearly billing preference. Resend delivers a copy to the studio and an acknowledgement to you. Enquiry answers are not sent to Google Analytics or stored in browser storage. We process them to take steps you request before entering a contract, perform an agreement, or pursue our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

Sending an enquiry or accepting analytics cookies does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We do not identify your email address from a website visit.

Website and audience information

Our hosting provider, Netlify, processes request information such as IP address, browser details and requested pages to deliver and protect the site. It also supplies aggregate server-side statistics about page requests, sources and broad locations. These statistics do not add tracking cookies to your browser and remain separate from Google Analytics. We use hosting and operational information for our legitimate interests in running, securing and improving the site.

With analytics enabled, Google Analytics 4 measures page views, broad location, device information, sections viewed, scroll depth, billing choices and clicks on project, contact and booking links. For visitors in Europe, this optional measurement relies on consent. Elsewhere, it may start automatically, subject to your saved choice and browser privacy signal. A click indicates interest; it does not tell us that a booking or sale was completed.

Providers and international transfers

Netlify hosts the site, Resend delivers enquiry emails and Google provides Analytics. Using an external booking, messaging or social link also brings you to a service with its own privacy policy. Providers may process information outside Cyprus and the European Economic Area, including in the United States, under the safeguards applicable to their services.

Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and longer where accounting, contractual or legal obligations require it. Netlify's Web Analytics dashboard shows a rolling 30-day window. Google Analytics event-data retention is controlled in our property settings. Browser storage lifetimes are listed below.

Content and project work

This website presents the studio and examples of its work. Rights in project imagery, client names, trademarks and other material remain with their respective owners. Please contact us before reproducing material beyond uses permitted by law.

Links and services

External websites are operated independently. We take care to keep our information useful and current, but project scope, availability, pricing and service commitments are confirmed in the agreement for your project or subscription. Website browsing alone does not create a service contract.
