Gowlink

Gowlink is a London search firm for private equity, founded by the brothers Michael and John Gow. They keep a small caseload and run every search together, so funds and candidates deal with the same two people from the first call to the final placement.

Two audiences arrive at once: funds looking for talent, and investors weighing a discreet move. From the first screen, each has a path of its own. Funds find the story and the way Gowlink assesses people; candidates find the roles it fills and the searches open now. We kept the site short, because every page here should lead to a conversation.

The interface stays quiet: a grey bar, black buttons and plain type over a hero of soft green light. The mark is two halves closing into one shape, a link between two sides. From that mark to the site and the way people first hear of Gowlink, everything keeps the same measured tone.
